The Teleportation Mod for Minecraft adds several new teleportation-themed items, weapons and blocks to the game. There is even a new dimension, the teleportation dimension, made by creating a teleportation portal (same layout as a nether portal) and lightning it with a flint and diamond.
The mod adds several useful tools to the game, such as the Jump Wand that teleports you to wherever you are aiming, the Warp Wand that teleports you to any set warp-point, and the Portal Teleportation Wand that teleports you to the closest nether portal, or if creates one at your current spot if you haven’t made one yet.

Important: this mod required Minecraft Forge.
The weapons consist of the Teleportation Sword, a sword that teleports any mob you hit to a set way-point, made by sneaking and right-clicking, which means that you can easily take care of any mob by setting a way-point high in the air or over a lava pit. There is also the Teleportation Bow, which when used with Teleportation Arrows, works in a similar way, only its ranged rather than melee.
Here I just hit a mob which teleported to my set way point, you can see it glowing red:
Warp Wand (first right click sets a warp point, the next teleports you to it. Sneak and right click to set a new point):
Jump Wand (teleports you to wherever you are aiming):
Portal Teleportation Wand (teleports you to the nearest nether portal, or creates one if you haven’t made one already):
Teleportation Bow (sneak and right click to set a way point, then shoot mobs with a Teleportation Arrow to teleport them there):

Teleportation Sword (sneak and right click to set a way point, then hit mobs with it to teleport them to the way point):
Flint and Diamond (used to light a Teleportation Portal that leads to the Teleportation Dimension):

Portal Wand Top (used to craft the Portal Teleportation Wand):
Teleportation Orb (used to craft the Warp Wand):
The Watching Eye used to craft the Jump Wand is dropped by mobs in the Teleportation Dimension.
Tp Block (used to create the Teleportation Dimension Portal):
The other new blocks are Teleportation Grass and Dirt, which doesn’t really do anything special, but can be used to build stuff. There are also new TP mobs, found in the new dimension.
The new wands also have cool 3D models, both in inventory, in the players hand and when dropped.

How to install the Teleportation Mod for Minecraft:
- Download the mod.
- If you don’t have Forge, then download and install Minecraft Forge.
- Open your minecraft folder (in Windows: Start -> Run -> “%appdata%\.minecraft”).
- Copy the mod files you downloaded to the “mods” folder found inside the .minecraft folder.
- Enjoy this mod, which brings vastly superior and faster methods of travelling to the game.
