Another “total-conversion”-ish mod, akin to Aether 2, Galacticraft 2, and Mekanism, the OreSpawn Mod adds a ton of new content to the world of Minecraft.

Among that content is several new mobs, both neutral, hostile, and friendly, as well “girlfriends”, new building blocks used to build new structures, as well as instant-buildings that will pop up once you place it, saving both time and resources.

The serene and beautiful Utopia Dimension.

There is also a huge amount of new items, armor, and weapons, often made of materials from the new mobs and blocks found around the world. Or in one of the 5(!) new dimensions added.

The new zoos added in the OreSpawn Mod, use these to have a steady supply of ants and termites, or other animals.

Yep, 5 new dimensions, all easily accessible, provided you can find the right insects to transport you to them. No longer do you have to mine for long periods of time just to get obsidian, all these new dimensions are all accesible by finding and right-clicking insects found around the world.

The uniquely-looking Crystal Dimension.

That is another thing this mod adds, insects, such as ants and termites. Be especially careful around termites if you are fond of building wooden structures, as they will destroy them in small period of time.

OreSpawn Mod
The mining dimension, where lavafalls meet waterfalls above ground, also, there is dinosaurs.

Important: this is a Forge mod, and as such, requires Minecraft Forge in order to function.

OreSpawn Mod
The dangerous and deadly Danger Dimension.

The 5 new dimensions are as follows (click to expand):
  • The Utopia Dimension, accessible by finding and right-clicking a brown ant. This world is what is says, a utopia, where no hostile mobs are found… At least, above ground. It is full of beautiful trees, cows, gazelles and chipmunks, all running around peacefully. Here you will find the world mostly flat, populated by beautiful, and extremely large, trees in various shapes and forms, some even reaching the clouds.
    • The checklist for this world is as follows (optional):
      • Climb a Magic Apple Tree to the top!
      • Build yourself a new home here.
      • Chop down a huge Sky Tree
      • Find and loot the rare but valuable Ore Tree!
      • Pick a lot of fruits and seeds from the trees so you can plant them again back home!
  • The Mining Dimension, accessible by finding and right-clicking a red ant, this dimension is slightly deadly, but full of good and precious blocks found in the ground. However, you will find plenty of lava falls and rivers above ground, as well as dinosaurs, so take extra care in this somewhat deadly dimension
    • The checklist for this world is as follows (optional):
      • Use a Miner’s Dream!
      • Get precious Moth Scales from Mothra!
      • If you got the guts, go caving.
      • Use those Moth Scales to create a Moth Scale Armor!
      • Go fishing in the lava using the Ultimate Fishing Rod.
      • Tame a Camarasaurus for protection and love.
      • Tame a Velocity Raptor for a nifty speed boost!
      • See if you can locate and collect all the Ancient Dried OreSpawn Eggs!
      • Tame a small Baby Dragon and try to raise him into a fully-fledged Dragon!
  • The Village Dimension, accessible by finding and right-clicking a rainbow ant, calm and serene by day, this dimension allows you to find and loot several villages easily, but take care when nightfall hits, because then the villages will get attacked… by robots! Yep, deadly killer robots spawn at night, and they are hard to kill. But, should you manage it, you might just get lucky and find a ray-gun.
This is also where Mobzilla spawns, and if you can’t guess it from his name, Mobzilla is big, deadly, and nasty, so take care!

    • The checklist for this world is as follows (optional):
      • Try to save a Village from destruction at the hands of the deadly Robots.
      • See if you can defeat Mobzilla. Good luck!
      • Should you succeed in killing Mobzilla, make some Mobzilla Armor!
      • See if ¬†you can find the Ray Gun, hint: kill the Robo Warrior!
  • The Danger Dimension, accessible by finding and right-clicking a unstable ant, living up to its name, the Danger Dimension is pretty dangerous, full of deadly creatures and mobs. The dragons do not rule the skies in this dimension, more horrible things do. Be sure to have plenty of healing items, good armor, and deadly weapons before trying your luck in this dimension. This dimension is dangerous both at night and day.
    • The checklist for this world is as follows (optional):
      • Kill Nightmares to get scales and zookeeper shards!
      • Use Nightmare Scales to craft a Nightmare Sword!
      • Grab some undeveloped Islands and let them loose in the overworld!
      • Mine some of the incredible huge blocks of ore found on the islands.
      • Try to climb a waterfall!
      • Kill a Triffid without letting it shove you off the edge!
  • The Crystal Dimension, accessible by finding and right-clicking a termite. NOTE: No overworld items are allowed in this dimension, so empty your inventory before travelling here. The most visually distinct dimension, the Crystal Dimension is unique and pretty, and deadly and night and underground. Not the deadliest dimension though, still, take care here.
    • The checklist for this world is as follows (optional):
      • Find some Crystallized Rats and make yourself a Rat Sword!
      • Find some Crystallized Fairies and make yourself a Fairy Sword!
      • Save the Whales!
      • Make a Quinoa farm!
      • Make Tigers Eye Armor or Pink Tourmaline Armor and give it to your girlfriend!
      • Make Tigers Eye, Pink Tourmaline, Wood Crystal, or Kyanite tools and weapons.
      • Use Peacock feathers to make Peacock Armor!
      • Make yourself some Irukandji Arrows and a Skate Bow!
